WHO WE ARE

Admin Fairy:The Agency was an idea born in 2022. After working with a number of clients who were experts in their field, but needed some support in taking their businesses to the next level, we realised there was an opportunity in the market. An agency specialised in supporting other businesses to meet their goals.

The original business - Admin Fairy - was started in April 2021 by Wendy, an experienced admin and project delivery professional who absolutely loves implementing new systems and seeing the positive results they can bring. Her dedication to the customer journey meant she was referred repeatedly to new clients and before long she had discovered her niche and began to build a team around her.

The Agency was the obvious next step, bringing in multiple experts to support the operational side of the business and build a vision and mission which resonates with both our approach and the client's needs. Every member of staff at Admin Fairy lives and breathes the vision, mission and values, using them as a guide in every interaction, both inside and outside the company.

Wendy Rayner-Hall

Founder 

Wendy has built almost 20 years of experience in administration and office, project management and programme management. Her expertise allows her to advise and implement optimal systems that help companies and people, both realise and fulfil their business operations potential.

A few of her career highlights include leading operations as part of the team to open the first Midlands Youth Zone, project and programme managing government-backed projects worth over £4m and creating Lucent’s project management system and embedding processes within their team, resulting in leading similar work for two charities.

 

Wendy is married with 2 children, a cat named George and a dog named Ruby. She is passionate about creating adventure in her life by cultivating a mindset open to continual learning. For instance, she loves learning new crafts, though she doesn’t always get them right the first time! She hates cooking, loves Grey's Anatomy and is partial to a good crime thriller.
