The Brief:
When Zoe contacted AFTA she had an important client who wanted approximately 40 workshops organised and delivered. Zoe's team of consultants would be the facilitators for each workshop, but she needed someone to arrange the dates with the client and facilitators, ensure everything was set up correctly and be the tech lead on each workshop.
What We Delivered:

During each workshop the AFTA team managed the presentation for the facilitators, dealt with all technical issues and contributed to future sessions with feedback.

Our pricing is bespoke just like your business as it depends on the support you need. Support for project management can either be hourly or project based. A guide to our charges is below:
